How To Start
We recommend learning the practice Yoga with our Intro Series. Learn the fundamentals of yoga asanas (poses) using universal principles of alignment along with breath awareness and relaxation techniques. You will receive individual attention and hands-on adjustments giving you the foundation to enter our ongoing classes. No specific fitness level is required as you'll be encouraged to work within your own abilities and limitations. Please Pre-register.

Intro to Hatha Yoga
Learn correct alignment and breathing in basic yoga postures while developing strength, flexibility and learning to relax. Our Intro to Hatha Yoga series is based on the classic and ancient practices of yoga in its original form.
Intro to Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a more vigorous series. This practice involves moving from one posture to another creating a heat building class with a strong cardiovascular workout.
There are no refunds or make-up classes offered for the Intro Series. Please note: online registrations take 48 hours to process
